WELOWA.COM, WELOWA.ORG – Fair Use

Wenn du ein(e) offiziell registrierte WELOWA Gruppen-LeiterIn, Peer-Gruppen-LeiterIn, Therapie-Gruppen-LeiterIn oder SponsorIn bist – basierend auf den AGB – bist du berechtigt die WELOWA Schutzmarke und das offizielle WELOWA Logo, sowie den offiziellen Link, der selbst auch unter die Benützung der WELOWA Schutzmarke fällt, für deine Aktivitäten im Rahmen der WELOWA Idee zu nutzen (Fair Use). Jede, unter dieser Fair Use Politik, erlaubte Nutzung der WELOWA Lizenz kann innerhalb von 90 Tagen widerrufen werden, wenn du die WELOWA® Schutzmarke zweckentfremdet, rufschädigend oder in sonst irgendeiner Weise missbräuchlich verwendest oder ohne entsprechende Lizenz kommerziell vermarktest. The WELOWA trademark, i.e. the word “WELOWA”, whether or not in capitals, is owned and controlled by Wolfgang Bereuter, who cooperates with the WELOWA Community to foster Online and local non-profit associations and self-help groups of the WELOWA-Community. If you are an official registrated WELOWA Group-Leader, Peer Group-Leader, Therapy Group-Leader or Sponsor – referring to the AGB – you are encouraged to use the WELOWA trademark and the official WELOWA logo or official link, which is itself a use of the WELOWA trademark, for your own purposes (fair use).

Any license granted under this policy can be terminated upon 90 days prior written notice if you breach any provision of this policy (Fair use). If your breach can be cured (and you have not previously breached this policy), you may be granted forty-five (45) days from the date of notice to cure the breach.
